Risk Management is always taboo - do we really need Risk Management as HR Professionals?  The answer is a resounding -Yes!

As HR professionals can you answer these questions?

• What are the inherent risk management exposures at your company?
• Can you conduct a constructive risk analysis and offer immediate solutions or corrective action to your organization?

Learning objectives:

• HR Practitioners will learn how to define the risk exposures and worst case scenario within their organization.
• Attendees will learn how to evaluate and develop strategic compliance strategy to prevent or eliminate safety and risk management exposures.
• HR will learn how to identify risk, provide constructive guidance, build a proactive action plan and effectively advocate risk management compliance.

 Welcome to our current and prospective members!

 The National Association of African Americans in Human  
 Resources, South Florida Chapter (NAAAHR-South Florida) is a  
 vibrant and growing not for profit organization.

 Our mission is to provide a forum for minority human resource  
 practitioners – and those aligned with our goals – to share,  
 gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their
 individual careers and the global workforce.

 It is a honor and privilege for me to serve as President and 
lead a Board who is committed to ensure that our members receive the best in thought leadership, are provided certified education programs and an opportunity to attend powerful networking events.  This will allow our members to develop and refine their skill set to make them a better professional and more competitive in the market place.
